About Erika Pet Palace
Erika Pet Palace began with a rescue dog who decided the best chair in the house belonged to her, and a household that slowly filled up with things designed to make a home calmer. The shop kept the name and grew into a small Tauranga-based range of home comfort and everyday tech: humidifiers that run quietly through the night, fans you can carry between rooms, smart watches for people who walk the dog at six, and tripods for the video calls in between.
We keep the collection short on purpose. Each humidifier, fan and watch is unpacked, run and lived with before it appears here, and the copy describes what the item does rather than what the packaging promises. Tank sizes, noise levels and battery life are the numbers we check ourselves. If a product turns out to be fiddly or loud or simply not worth the shelf space, it leaves the range instead of being discounted.
Orders leave Tauranga within one to two business days, packed by hand and tracked. Everything carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing faults alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and unused items can come back within thirty days. Messages reach a person who owns the same humidifier, usually the same business day.
