These terms apply to your use of erikapetpalace.shop and to every purchase you make from ASHLEIGH LOUISE THOMAS, trading as Erika Pet Palace ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe our humidifiers, smart watches, cooling fans and tripods as accurately as we can, including specifications, dimensions and what is included in the box. Product photography is illustrative: finishes, colours and packaging may vary slightly between production runs. If a specification is critical to your decision, ask us before ordering.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if a price or description error has occurred, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never store full card details.

Electrical safety and intended use

Our products are intended for normal domestic use. Use each item only with the voltage, cables and accessories specified in its instructions. Do not modify, repair or open a product yourself. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect voltage, or use outside the stated specifications is not covered by our warranty or returns policy.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
